How long can the goods stay in the Bonded Warehouse?

The period of stay of the goods under the warehouse regime is unlimited.

However, if a declaration is registered to subject the goods contained in the warehouse to another customs-approved operation or use, their processing must be completed within 1 month. In case of making a declaration of another regime, including the customs warehouse regime, in the conditions specified in the first paragraph of Article 64 of the Customs Code during this period, the period related to this declaration shall be taken into account.
